Who are Silk Helix?
We provide HR support to small business. Often our clients have no internal HR expertise or small HR teams that need a little extra help.
Getting the legal compliance right is a challenge for any small business, with limited resources and a focus on growing their business. On top of that, they rely on their people to deliver their excellent products and services. We marry the legal compliance with creating company cultures that value and support great performance.
Our clients are dealing with people, humans with emotion, sickness and lives outside of work. Sometimes those things don’t quite work together the way we hope they would, we help our clients to deal with these often complex issues.

Who is our Founder?
Jenefer Livings has nearly 20 years experience in HR and a Masters in Personnel and Development from the University of Westminster alongside her Chartered status with the CIPD. She spent the last 10 years providing HR support to SMEs before setting up Silk Helix.
Jenefer left the relative safety of employment to set up a consultancy that specialised in SMEs and providing a service with their business at the heart of everything they do. She was frustrated by rigid rules which considered only the legal perspective and failed to consider the clients commercial objectives.
