Up to 25 employees for £1,750 per month, then £15 for each additional employee.
That’s a HR Director, HR Advisor and HR Administrator for less than the salary of an administrator.
With no commitment, you’re free to cancel any time.
There is even the option to cancel our service but retain your Breathe HR software directly with Breathe HR.

Can I try before buying?
Yes, we want you to be comfortable working with us. You can try our advice for free by booking a free advice call.
We can also give a free demo of the Breathe HR Software.
I want to sign up, now what?
Simply give us a call on 01245 910 500 or book a consultation, all we need is the Company name, address and number of employees and we can get you started.
Once you’re set up we’ll ask you to provide details of callers who have your authority to take advice from us on behalf of the business. We’ll also book a call to explore what is needed for your HR documentation and start the set up of the Breathe HR Software.
How long am I tied in for?
This service is a rolling monthly service, when you want to cancel just let us know and we’ll end your service at the end of the current month.
How do I cancel?
Simply email your HR Consultant or HRManager@silkhelix.co.uk confirming that you want to cancel and we’ll do the rest for you.
How is the monthly payment made?
With our PAYG HR Manager services we do require payment by direct debit. With the exception of the first month, monthly payments are due on the first day of each month.
What if my business grows during the year?
The £9 per employee will reflect the number of employees you have recorded on Breathe at the start of the previous month. In the first month the employee count will be based on a declaration of employee numbers.
This part of the price will therefore vary each month where employee headcount varies.
Will I be speaking to a call centre?
No, you will have a dedicated consultant who knows you and your business.
Do you advise our employees?
No, we will only advise the business and therefore will only speak to those you have given us the authority to speak to. It is important that you provide us with a list of authorised callers, in most cases these will be those in line management positions.
We are not able to provide advice or support to individuals.
Do you have additional services available?
Many clients who use our PAYG HR Manager service also use our in-person training for their line Managers.
Do you provide insurance?
As a company we have our own Professional Indemnity Insurance. We can also provide a quote for Employment Disputes Insurance through Albion Legal if this is something you need.
